DONATION REQUESTS

Thank you for thinking of the Grinnell Area Arts Council (GAAC) and its programs for your event or project. GAAC is a non-profit organization with a small staff, fully reliant on fundraising, donations, and grants. As such, we have limited ability to fulfill requests from other organizations and individuals.

We frequently receive requests to donate art or have our program participants create art to be used by other organizations. GAAC does not ask our programs or students/artists participating in our programs to produce art for anyone other than the artists themselves or, on occasion, GAAC fundraisers. However, if we know a local artist who would be interested in working on commission, we are happy to put them in contact with your organization. 

We value fair compensation for artistic labor, and we welcome opportunities to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
